These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mvisitors.filmexpoindia.com, operated by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd. By visiting our website, purchasing tickets, or participating in Film Expo India 2026, you unconditionally agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

• Organizer: Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd, the company organizing Film Expo India
• Co-Organizer: India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO)
• Buyer / User: Any individual accessing this website or purchasing tickets for themselves or a group
• Attendee: Any individual whose details are registered under a group order
• Event: Film Expo India 2026 — held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, 26–30 August 2026
• Platform / Website: mvisitors.filmexpoindia.com
• Group Order: A single checkout session covering 1–50 tickets for multiple attendees
• Ticket / Pass: A paid entry pass purchased through this platform, issued as an individual PDF with a unique QR code
• Venue: Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

• Registration is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may attend only under direct parental or guardian supervision.
• The buyer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for themselves and all attendees in a group order. False information may result in cancellation of tickets without refund.
• A single checkout may include up to 50 tickets for different attendees.
• A visitor account is automatically created for the buyer at checkout. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke access at its sole discretion.

• Visitor Pass (₹1,500): Valid for any one day between 27–30 August 2026. Grants access to the exhibition floor and QR-based entry. Bulk discount of ₹100 off per extra ticket from the 2nd ticket onwards.
• Prime Visitor Pass (₹2,800): Valid for any two days between 27–30 August 2026. Priority access lanes. Bulk discount of ₹100 off per extra ticket.
• Business Delegate Pass (₹7,000): Valid for all 5 days (26–30 August 2026). Includes trade sessions and business lounge access. Bulk discount of ₹500 off per extra ticket.
• Prime Business, VIP & VVIP Passes: Opening soon. Pricing and benefits will be announced separately.
• All prices are inclusive of GST. The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount.
• Ticket prices and bulk discount rates are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is final.

• All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.
• Accepted modes include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• Tickets are confirmed only upon successful payment. Each attendee will receive an individual PDF ticket with a unique QR code via email.
• In case of a payment failure, do not attempt to rebook until you confirm with your bank that no amount was debited. Contact us at info@filmexpoindia.com if in doubt.
• The Organizer is not responsible for failed transactions due to technical issues on the part of your bank or payment gateway.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation or postponement by the Organizer.
• If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer, registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled event.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.

• Each attendee must present their individual QR-based ticket (digital or printed) along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the entry gate.
• Entry will be denied if the QR code cannot be verified or the name on the ticket does not match the attendee's photo ID.
• Visitor Pass holders may attend any 1 day (27–30 Aug). Prime Visitor Pass holders may attend any 2 days (27–30 Aug). Business and above passes are valid for all 5 days (26–30 Aug).
• The Organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, speakers, or content without prior notice.
• Photography and video for personal use is permitted. Commercial recording or live streaming requires prior written consent from the Organizer.
• Prohibited items include weapons, hazardous materials, unauthorized recording devices, and any items deemed inappropriate by venue management.
• The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to conduct security checks at entry.

• All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, staff, or exhibitors will not be tolerated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for violating this code of conduct.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer and venue are not liable for loss or theft.

• By purchasing tickets on this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Attendee details submitted in a group order will be used solely for ticket generation, email delivery, and event entry purposes.
• Your data may be used to send event updates, confirmations, and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All content on this platform — including logos, images, text, designs, and event materials — is the intellectual property of Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform or attendance at the event.
• The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the event.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your tickets.

The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or attendance at Film Expo India shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
