Ticket Delivery Policy

How your tickets are delivered after a successful purchase.

Welcome to mvisitors.filmexpoindia.com, operated by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd. This Ticket Delivery Policy explains the process and conditions for receiving tickets purchased for Film Expo India 2026. All tickets on this platform are issued digitally — no physical tickets are shipped.

Ticket Delivery Method

All tickets for Film Expo India 2026 are delivered electronically via email. No physical tickets will be printed or shipped under any circumstances. Each attendee in a group order receives their own individual ticket PDF with a unique QR code.

What You Receive After Payment

Booking Confirmation Email
Sent immediately to the buyer's email address with the order reference, ticket type, quantity, and total amount paid.
Individual Ticket PDFs — One Per Attendee
Each attendee registered in the group order receives a separate email with their own personalised PDF ticket containing their name, booking code, QR code, ticket type, and valid dates.
My Account Access
A visitor account is automatically created for the buyer at checkout. All tickets can be viewed and downloaded anytime from My Tickets.

Email Delivery Time

Tickets are sent immediately after payment is confirmed by Razorpay. In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 30 minutes depending on your email provider.

If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, log in to My Tickets to view your order, or contact our support team.

Admins can also resend ticket emails at any time from the admin panel under Order Detail → Resend Emails.

Ticket Access & Usage at the Event

  • Each attendee must present their individual e-ticket — either printed or displayed on a mobile device — along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the event entrance.
  • Each QR code is unique and non-transferable. Sharing, duplicating, or tampering with a QR code will result in entry denial for all copies.
  • The name on the ticket must match the attendee's photo ID. Entry will be refused in case of a mismatch.
  • Visitor Pass holders may attend any 1 day (27–30 Aug). Prime Visitor Pass holders may attend any 2 days. Business and above passes are valid all 5 days (26–30 Aug).

Issues with Ticket Delivery

  • Didn't receive an email? Check spam/junk. If absent, log in to My Tickets — your tickets are always accessible there.
  • Wrong email address entered? Contact us at info@filmexpoindia.com with your booking reference and we will resend to the correct address.
  • Payment deducted but no confirmation? Do not re-pay. Contact us immediately with your transaction ID and we will verify and issue your tickets.
  • PDF not opening? Ensure you have a PDF viewer installed (Adobe Acrobat, browser PDF viewer, etc.).
